Belindy working on her quilt blocks!

Belindy is working on her quilt blocks. She is making a quilt for those nippy fall nights to come. She's always looking ahead! Sitting in front of the fire in her folk art stencil painted rush seat chair, stitching away. She's got a big grin on her face!
Mammys, Belindys, whatever! I love the Prim folk art dolls. Belindy is 32" long and has wool felted hair. Her eyes, nose and mouth are wool felt and stitched on using black crochet thread. Her dress and "unmentionables" are made from homespun I picked up at an antique shop. She's been grungied all over, including her clothes. Her little shawl is 4" wide eyelet lace ruffle that has been tea-stained and adorned with a vintage white pearl button.
Belindy was made from a http://www.veenasmercantile.net/ pattern. Thanks for visiting with Belindy and me! Now we've got to get back to sewing! LOL Bye!

Need to email me? I welcome comments, suggestions, questions so go right ahead!
